  • It all depends on the size of the website and design complexities, but generally once the design has been approved 2-3 weeks.

  • A brochure / informational website is designed primarily to provide information about the business. These websites are easy to navigate and focus on delivering clear and concise information to the visitor.

They don’t include complex backend systems or applications, their entire focus is to have a visitor see the businesses offerings/services and take action.

  • Luckily we can help, you’ll be provided with an initial questionnaire about your business. In this we will be able to discover what you’ll need specifically for you.

While you fill out the questionnaire, we will do some competitor and industry research to see who is doing what, and what we can or should implement for you.

  • With us, you’ll be able to have unlimited edits to the content and photos, simply contact us and we will make the change for you.

Any design / layout changes or additional pages added will need to be priced per project.

  • There are a few points to this question we need to cover:

It saves you any potential costs associated with breaking the website. Other agencies give editing access to their clients with the hope that they get curious, start clicking around which often results in the client unknowingly breaking the website. Allowing the agency to hit you with an additional costly invoice to rectify the damage.

With us doing the edits, this is avoided.

And on a selfish level. As designers & developers, we need a portfolio to show potential clients our work. If a client has edited text, broken the site, uploaded unoptimised images or messed anything up at all, it reflects poorly on us. With us updating the website it ensures no matter when or who we show it to, we know it’ll be fully functional.

  • While WordPress, Squarespace & Wix offer user-friendly tools, they limit access to the underlying code base. This limits crucial optimisations that can speed up loading times and overall performance.

In the case of WordPress, each additional plugin installed for extra functionality can not only slow down your website but also introduce potential security flaws if not updated and maintained correctly.

  • Custom coding gives us complete access to our code, we are then not limited in the optimisations we can make, ensuring everything loads as efficiently as possible, also allowing us to be more flexible in our designs, resulting in better responsiveness across different devices.

As our websites are built with pure HTML & CSS, this leaves nothing for hackers to inject their malicious code into.

  • Sure you can! Many of our clients attempted DIY websites using page-builders or WordPress, however they were disappointed with the amount of effort, time and money put forth for a suboptimal website.
